More talk of how you’ll be paying for Windows 7, this one a little more understandable. It’s being assumed that the discussion of Windows 7 being modular means you’ll pay for the modules you want, and won’t get the ones you don’t want.

A confusing post, I think he’s suggesting that Windows 7 will be subscription based, but I’ve never heard any discussion from Microsoft about this.
