Touch panning (a.k.a. kinetic scrolling) in Windows 7 - istartedsomething

 

As used in the iPhone and Zune, you can do ‘kinetic scrolling’ in Windows 7. Don’t know what that is? If you have a touch sensitive screen, you can use a flick of your finger to scroll through a document.
